A More Balanced Lower-Body Silhouette
Buttock and hip augmentation is designed to enhance lower-body proportions and create a more balanced silhouette that harmonizes with the overall figure. The procedure focuses on improving the curves around the waist, hips, buttocks, and thighs for a smoother, softer, and more natural-looking contour.
The goal is not simply to increase size, but to create better proportion, body harmony, and a result that suits each patient’s unique anatomy
In general, this procedure may be suitable for individuals who wish to improve lower-body balance or have the following concerns:
Narrow or Flat Hip Line
Suitable for individuals whose lower body appears straight from the front or lacks definition between the waist and hips, resulting in less noticeable curves.
Low Buttock Volume
Suitable for individuals with small, flat, or low-volume buttocks, especially when exercise alone does not achieve the desired fullness or shape.
Upper-to-Lower Body Balance
Suitable for individuals who want a smoother and more proportional transition between the upper and lower body, helping the overall silhouette appear more balanced and refined.
Loss of Firmness
Suitable for individuals experiencing age-related sagging or volume loss. Each case should be carefully assessed by the medical team to create a treatment plan that best suits the patient’s anatomy.
Single-Incision Gluteal Augmentation
Lelux Hospital’s Signature Technique
Lelux Hospital offers a specialized single-incision gluteal augmentation technique designed to enhance buttock shape, hip contour, and body proportion with a discreet scar and natural-looking result.
The procedure is performed through one small incision, approximately 3–4 cm, placed in the intergluteal fold between the buttocks. Through this hidden incision, the silicone implants are placed in a deeper submuscular pocket beneath the gluteal muscle. This allows the implants to be covered by muscle, fat, and skin, helping create a smoother contour and reducing the chance of visible or palpable implant edges.
Before surgery, each case is carefully planned according to the patient’s anatomy. Implant position may be adjusted outward to enhance hip width or placed more centrally to improve posterior projection. In selected cases, endoscopic assistance may be used to improve visualization, support precise pocket creation, reduce tissue trauma, and help protect surrounding structures.
How Is It Performed?
1. Safety Supervised by Experienced Surgeons
The forehead area contains many important nerves, so forehead augmentation should be performed by highly experienced specialists. At Lelux Hospital, our surgeons carefully assess each patient’s facial structure and concerns to provide precise, personalized solutions.
2. Mark the Single Incision in the Intergluteal Fold
A small incision is marked within the natural crease between the buttocks, helping the scar remain discreet and well concealed after healing.
3. Create the Incision and Prepare the Implant Pocket
The incision is made, and a precise submuscular pocket is carefully created beneath the gluteal muscle for secure implant placement.
4. Insert the Silicone Implant into the Prepared Pocket
The silicone implant is inserted through the single incision and guided into the
prepared pocket at the correct depth and direction.
5. Position Implants Symmetrically on Both Sides
Both implants are adjusted to achieve balance, symmetry, and a natural curve that follows the patient’s body proportions.
6. Close the Incision in Layers
The incision is closed in layers to support proper healing, wound strength, and a more refined scar appearance.
